WOMEN’S THERAPY FOR PERIMENOPAUSE AND MENOPAUSE IN SOUTH DENVER METRO AND ONLINE ACROSS COLORADO AND ARIZONA | MINDFUL PATHWAYS COUNSELING
Support through the changes you never expected.
This stage of life affects more than your hormones.
You have always had it together, but lately something feels different.
You've always been the one others count on, but lately your patience feels thinner, your confidence isn't what it used to be, and you may wonder why everything suddenly feels harder. Perimenopause and menopause often bring changes that go far beyond physical symptoms. They can affect your mood, confidence, relationships, and how you see yourself, leaving you wondering why you don't quite feel like you anymore.
Therapy offers a place to make sense of what's changing and move through this transition with greater clarity and self-trust.
When the changes go beyond the physical.
During perimenopause and menopause, women often notice changes they didn’t expect. This transition can be confusing, especially if you've always been able to manage whatever life throws your way. You begin to wonder if something is wrong with you when, in reality, you're navigating a significant hormonal and life transition that deserves understanding and support.
You may notice changes in...
Your emotions — feeling more anxious, irritable, or overwhelmed than usual.
Your confidence — second-guessing yourself or feeling less like yourself anymore.
Your relationships — having less patience, feeling misunderstood, or withdrawing from others.
Your ability to cope — realizing that the strategies you've always relied on don't seem to work the same way anymore.
You don't have to navigate this transition alone. Having support can make this chapter feel a little less overwhelming and help you reconnect with yourself along the way.
You don't have to convince me that what you're experiencing is real.
You don't have to prove that something has changed or worry that you're "overreacting." Therapy offers a space where your experience is taken seriously, and where we can make sense of what's happening together.
Therapy offers a place to...
Understand what you're going through.
Feel heard without having to explain or justify your experience.
Learn new ways to respond to stress, anxiety, and self-doubt.
Reconnect with your strengths and what's most important to you.
Move through this transition with greater clarity and confidence
There's no one "right" way to use therapy. We'll move at a pace that feels manageable for you. Therapy can provide support for the emotional impact of the physical changes you're experiencing, helping you navigate this transition with greater clarity and compassion for yourself.
You don't have to navigate this transition alone.
Perimenopause and menopause are often talked about in terms of physical symptoms, but many women are just as affected by the emotional and mental changes that come with this stage of life.
I don't believe therapy has to feel formal or intimidating; it works best when you can show up exactly as you are. You don't have to perform, have the right words, or pretend you're okay. My role is to offer a space that's supportive, genuine, and nonjudgmental, where you can be honest about what you're experiencing—even if you don't fully understand it yet.
We'll work together to understand what's changing and find ways to move through this transition that feel manageable and true to you. My approach is collaborative and practical, helping you reconnect with yourself so you can move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
Considering the next step?
Whether you've only recently started noticing these changes or you've been trying to push through them for a while, you don't have to navigate this transition on your own.
A consultation is simply a chance for us to connect. You'll have space to share what's been going on, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for what it might be like to work together.
There's no pressure or obligation—just an opportunity to see whether therapy feels like the right next step for you.
When you're ready, support is available.
