SESSION RATES
Mindful Pathways Counseling is a self-pay practice.
Therapy is an investment in your well-being. My practice is designed to be straightforward and transparent, so you can focus on whether this feels like the right fit—without surprises or pressure. This allows our work together to stay focused on you—your needs, your goals, and the pace that feels most supportive—without the limitations or requirements of insurance.
Many clients value the flexibility, privacy, and personalized care this approach provides.
